Talking Israeli Regional - Results!

Wow!!!! what a game!!

i'll just start writing some stuff and it'll start flowing i guess, i have so much to say right now....

first of congratulations to the Champions!
Teams:
HaMossad 1657
MisCar 1574
Team 1955

amazing robots!

so the story:
after the ranking rounds the elimination tournament alliance selection began.
1657 started off with a strong pick, team 1574, and we continued with another strong pick, 1577, that's all i can remember right now really I didn't pay much attention cause i was trying to decide who to pcik next (i was the alliance captain).

I guess i'm really happy that i got to do these things:
-be a part of a First team.
-be part of first.
-play in a regional well.
-get to be the 2nd highest seated.
-be an alliance captain.
-get to the semi-finals.
-be a part of First.

my experiances cannot be summed up in any number of sentences but it can give you some indication.

this year i really felt like i was part of first, because there were more games, the regional was in a better place (a professional basketball stadium) and there were more teams.

I would like to thank Greg needle (i hope i spelled that right) for being an awesome judge under alot of pressure, always being graciously proffesional (he really is GP!).

all the regional crew (Alicia,Dave,Steven..) for their hard work (they worked until 2am before the first day to get the field ready!

Next year I will be joining the army (mandatory is Israel), I might have enough spare time to mentor a team or just help, and i might not.... but it 2010 I'm back for sure!!!!!

This has been great and I hope team 1657,1574,1955 and the rookie all-star 1942 represent us well in Atlanta!

Don't underestimate them! theyre going all the way!!!!

this will be my last post as a team member for a long time...
