Nimmy,

For your situation I would use a video editing program, if you already have one. If not then goto adobe.com and download the trial version of Premire Pro. Then goto download.com and do a seach for "screen shots" or "record screen shots". Their you will find serveral programs that you can use for free. Just make sure the program you choose to capture, can save to a file format Premire can read like, .avi, or .jpg. You can use Premire to add sounds or other video files.
