Write letters. Make a form letter telling about your team, how you won, why its so important that you go, etc.. Instruct every member of your team to bring in a list of 20 adresses of friends, family, co-workers of parents, etc.. Send the letter along with a short personalized note from the sender to everyone on the list. It really works. We made nearly a 1/3 of our goal with this one idea.
