How much of a benefit will this be for both companies?
In many cases, it would be a big benefit for both companies. However, the fine print says the following...

Now don't get me wrong. By now, many users should have Service Pack 2. However, after a small search through
Newegg, there a few other versions of XP, such as Media Center edition and Server Standard 2003.
