On Wednesday, the three people who uncrate the robot could bring in as much tools / materials / stuff as they could carry in on one trip. For ease of carrying, they do allow you to put your stuff on dolly carts as you bring it in on Wednesday. But once you enter the pits and then leave, they will not let you back in. Anything that is not brought in on Wednesday evening can be brought in on Thursday morning.
