I talked with the DJ at Toronto, who's been doing the Canadian Regionals for 5 years. He's pretty much left alone, because he knows what he's doing and is obviously experienced enough to not be force fed a playlist. My new pet project for the summer is to get my DJing whitepaper cleaned up and approved by the men upstairs so it can become a guide for new DJ's instead of "The List," which is IMHO rediculously restrictive.
