OTOH, I'll have to agree that the lyrics are totally lame. I guess that's because the author only had the inspirational speeches to go by, rather than having the insight of mentoring a team or lurking on ChiefDelphi.
What's needed are some lyrics that truely capture the essence. We can write them. If we each write a verse, it could end up longer than the Inagodadavida - baby! Here's one: (
