M.O.E is the most likely canidate because they knocked off 341 at whatever regional they won at. I have a theory that Wildstang might have the same year as H.O.T. They won two regionals and a Chairmans this year. 217 and 503 are my sentimental picks because they are two of my favorite Michigan teams, and have excellent programs. The Flyers are my darkhorse team. They have influenced many Michigan teams and have a number less that 254 which makes them a possibility.

Amusing as it is I truly hope FIRST eventually (if not now when) gets over that low number for the Chairman's award. The upper numbered teams are going to start feeling discouraged.
