I did something similar.. I'll share my top 5, from the statistic-based list:
G: 1126, 1625, 86, 341, 384
A: 233, 296, 217, 375, 1610
C: 1114, 469, 358, 451, 1024
N: 25, 987, 1503, 111, 968
Those are pretty similar lists, for two (possibly) unlike systems!
