I'm pretty sure it works just like regional scoring - technical execution, creativity, and concept. I'll be honest that I'm still trying to decide what made the winner stand out to the scoring team, but then again, I'm a little biased
It would be interesting to know what exactly the judges are looking for in winning submissions. If anything, it proves we still have plenty to learn
