The airport is on the west side of Indy, and the competition is on the northeast side. not a bad drive, but too far to walk.
There are hotels nearby, and several offer IRI Rates (petty cool, huh).
We will post the hotels and rates as soon as we have them. I think there were three that offered deals last year.
As for transportation, it is an expensive cab ride, but you could probably work out for someone to give you a ride from the airport, or get a small group together and rent a car. We are usually done by 5 PM on Saturday, so a return flight at 8 - 9 PM or on Sunday morning would be best.
