Re: Sleep? Whats that?
I know it is crunch time -
AP's, finals, projects due, piled up homework
I googled sleep tips and here's a few:
(I wondered about this one, my grandmother loved it and here it is)
1. a warm glass of milk
2. light snack if you are hungry: high-carbohydrate snacks: crackers, pretzels, plain bagel. Don't overeat and get indigestion.
3. stay out of bed until you are sleepy. Read somewhere other than your bed.
4. relax - meditation, progressive relaxation, a warm bath or shower
5. unwind mentally - quiet music can help with this
6. once in bed, stop worrying - make your list of problems and 'next steps' for the following day before you go to bed
7. this wasn't on the lists that I looked at but I like to watch the stars for a while
