Teams could then copy the statement onto index cards/business cards which they could use to avoid confrontations at competitions. If a problem arises, show the card rather than anger.

I like the Idea

and I think it WILL Work.

and most importantly it will not lead to any conflicts and for most teams they strive for gracious professionalism and have a good rep and dont want a simple stupid seat to ruin all of that, that that team has been banking every year.
