Yes, the boy can press the three buttons (forward, left and right) to move the drive the chair. He fully learned how to drive it in about two weeks. He was about 10 months old when the project started, and he has been using the chair at home for about two hours a day for 9 months.

Kind of- it gave us some ideas for how to launch things, and most of the ideas we came up for the 2006 game with had to do with the basketball launcher we built. We eventually decided on two oppositely spinning wheels to throw the ball, however.
