Honestly, I didn't plan on it actually sticking. (It actually took me a few minutes to connect the dots after Kickoff went off the air.) Will they listen to me at all this year? Only one man on this forum knows--and we all know that getting game information from him is like trying to get blood from a turnip.
Although it seems that Dave mentions a name a month or three before Kickoff that might serve as a pointer to information--consider "
purchase JVN's birthstone" before 2005's Kickoff (JVN's birthstone is amethyst, which is composed of lots of really tiny tetrahedrons), and "
Whack the
Billfred" before this year's.
(That little bit of knowledge comes only with 20/20 hindsight, enabling us to see Dave's posts without the red herrings, and a memory of ChiefDelphi threads that's probably not healthy.)
