I can't really tell from the low quality video but it looks like either a
Thompson Center Contender or Encore. They are single shot handguns with interchangeable barrels. You can pretty much buy whatever caliber you want including very large caliber and very high power loads. It looks like this guy bit off more than he could chew. Maybe he should have shot from a rest.
