My team is able to letter for the team after putting in two years of noticeable work, effort and spirit. We have a team pin, but no FIRST pins. Pins, however, don't work well on letter jackets, and there are no patches for Robotics, so I have my four bars for being on the team four years, my CAPT patch for being a captain, and nothing else for the team. The patch in the middle of my letter is the winged foot for managing track.
I definitely wish there were a FIRST pin or patch as well!
