"Jainie Got Run Over By a Robot" by Jaine Perotti
(to the tune of "Grandma Got Run Over by a Reindeer")

Jainie got run over by a robot
Walkin’ from the pits back to the stands
You can say that robots never rampage
But sometimes they don’t heed their own commands.

Jainie had been drinking too much eggnog
She stayed up way too late the night before
“I have to repair my broken robot!”
Said she as she stumbled out the door.

When they found her layin’ there next mornin’,
At the tragic scene of the attack,
There were two big tire tracks on her forehead,
Incriminatin’ grease marks on her back.

Jainie got run over by a robot
But which machine should take all of the blame?
Robbe, Bobcats, Aztechs and Miss Daisy
Ferocious were their robots all the same.

Then one day a kid named Dillon Greenberg
Came forth and said his robot wouldn’t slow
Even though he tried his best to stop it
He made a fatal error in his code! (quite literally)

Jainie got run over by a robot
Walkin’ from the pits back to the stands
You can say that robots never rampage,
But sometimes they don’t heed their own commands.
