No scientific institutions have accepted its existence nor has it ever been proven to be anything other than a mixture of Oxygen and Hydrogen. Advocates of the technology refuse to run a mass spectrum test on the substances stating that it is not necessary.

How about you give us some actual data proving this before making erroneous claims.
