Idea: Polls by team

This is somewhat abstract, but it seemed to make sense while reading Sanddrag's wheel size poll.

Suppose there's a poll question regarding everyone's robots from this year. I'm the main CD user on my team, and I vote. But if, say, every regular from the TechnoKats voted on a poll, then the results are skewed towards how they did things on their robot. (I'm not picking on 45, they just have a fair number of users on CD.)

So what if there was a feature the poll creator could switch on that diverted the second (and beyond) voters from a team to a confirmation page saying something like "Andy Baker already voted in this thread. Do you still want to add your vote as well?" (This would, naturally, not apply to teamless people.)

(Yes, it is Make Brandon Work Day. Or at least I thought it was.)
