There will be an additional scoring opportunity in the middle of the field. It shall consist of a 2 ft diameter flat Lexan target centered 8 1/2 ft above the floor facing the field ends. It has a neutral starting position but, through ball contact, may be activated to favor either the Red or Blue alliance. (E.G., contacts made by balls thrown towards the Red home zone will tend to move the target to favor the Red alliance.) Its status at the end of the match determines which alliance, if either, gains the 10-point bonus. So, is this like a tug-o-war style (more times you hit it is better) thing or a possession (last ball to hit it) thing?
