Video Editing problems

I have this video I have to get done tonight. I captured it through Windows Movie Maker. I will be editing in Premiere. Then I have to put it back on the camera I guess with the "Print to Video" function of Premiere. The problem is when I go File>Preferences>Scratch Disks/Device Control the only device listed is "None" and when I click the "Options" button nothing happens.

When I try to capture nothing happens.

How to I get Premiere to recognize my camera? It is a JVC miniDV.

Or, is there another program that will "print to video"? Thanks.
