I took your transparent version and tried to convert it back with the bar... here is what I got:
The result is obviously worse, so
here is the PSD and a
large copy of our logo if you are willing to give it a shot yourself

, I would greatly appreciate it.
EDIT: I removed the FIRST logo from the carton.
