This reminds me of when everybody thought that Nintendo was crazy to include 512 MB of built in Flash memory in the Wii (with expandability through sd cards and USB mass storage devices) and no harddrive. And now look at what Sony is doing...

NOTE: This wasn't mentioned to start up a consoles war argument; only to show how else flash memory is replacing the use of hardrives in some cases.
