My goodness, wow, geez, um, hrrm. Wow. That's got to be a welder's worst nightmare.

Is there going to be anything on top of it? Is FIRST raising the weight limit? I think you've definitely got the best of the best in terms of strength but the weight on that has got to be quite high. Perhaps tone it down a bit. More is not always merrier in this scenario.

EDIT: Saw the above post. Only 40 lbs? Are you sure material properties are set correctly? Well, on second thought, the wall thickness is only 2mm. Just seems a but too complicated to me though

Nice work on the model though. It is clear that must have taken some considerable time.
