Yes, I was having fun in frame generator. I think that 1/3 of your weight should go to chassis and drivetrain anyways.
it doesn't look like that 40 pounds includes motors, electronics, and all the wonderful small things that tend to be overlooked in CAD designs. Their is definitely more aluminum than their needs to be, your wheel modules are really nice, but the rest of the frame is a little excessive, like compare that to the stock frame. You could probably do without many of the cross supports, and even pushing the wheel modules out to the exterior of the frame would cut a lot of aluminum. Very nice CAD though.
