Well, I have some bad news for you and some very helpful news.
According to
this article, Radguard is history. They will not be providing you any support any time soon. Here is a quote from the article. "In the parlance of The Princess Bride's Miracle Max, VPN vendor Radguard is not just "mostly dead"; it's "all dead.""
Here is a link to what appears to be an Operators Manual for a Mobile, ie. PDA, Client for use with this VPN Router. Better yet, it includes a section on configuring the router for use with this client.
This document, though it is written on how to get the Radguard to work with Snapgears' VPN router, has a section on configuring the Radguard as well. It may give you some insight to what's happening.
Here is a quote from
this article. "Radguard and ADI were fairly weak in reporting; their messages were rather sparse and cryptic, and not very informative at first glance." That doesn't sound too good.
Lastly,
these guys sound like they may be able to help. Good luck, I found not a single hit while searching their site about your error massage. Although, I didn't try contacting them. That might yield better results.
