AFAIK, the Florida Regional at the University of Central Florida is usually not first week. I know 75 is already coming down if it doesn't conflict with NJ, so why don't you bring down 25 to a nice sunny regional with outdoor and indoor pits (they have to aircondition the outdoor pits), and show us southeasterners how its done up in the Mid Atlantic?
