Depending on where you live geographically, you may need to go to
www.usfirst.org instead of usfirst.org. At home when I go to usfirst.org it works fine, but my school has a different ISP that doesn't have the proper DNS set up, so you need to use
www.usfirst.org. I've found the same thing at various hotels I've checked it from, so try both.
