Business aspects of a team

Hello all:
I did a quick search but didn't find what I'm looking for.
Recent threads regarding different aspects of travel/competition have made me wonder how teams look at the business end of being a team and how we each handle it.
What do you consider the business part of the team?
examples could be
- ordering parts
- making travel arrangements
- how we feed the team
- paying registration fees

How do you identify what the business aspect is and how do you take care of that? Also do you incorporate that as part of your presentation for the CA?
