Fastwebs.com is a huge scholarship site, but for the same reason I think the scholarships that get posted get deluged by students, reducing your odds of winning. I also think a good percentage of them are kind of scammy.

I would really recommend looking at the FIRST scholarships and any scholarships in your local area. Your school's guidance department might post a list of scholarships available, or maybe you can find something from your state's department of education. My school had about 50 local scholarships that were awarded, so that is definitely worth checking out.

Make sure to get started as early as possible. It's easy to say "I'll do these after I'm done with application essays", but trust me, you won't be any more motivated then.
