I'm watching Spike Lee's very powerful documentary on hurricane Katrina an dit's aftermath and reading numerous stories on the excrutiating slow recovery.
How in the world is New Orleans going to be ready to host a robotics region when only 29% of it's school are open and so many neighborhood are still piles of rubble?
