WM Berg has .250 pitch (#25) sprockets in 2024 Aluminum from 9 to 54 teeth in standard tooth counts. They all have a 1/2" diameter hub and a 1/4" bore. The part number is 25EM26A-X where X is the tooth count. They are a little more expensive than steel sprockets but they're really not too bad. They don't appear to be well stocked though. On some tooth counts there is a lead time of like 2 weeks.
