Cal Games planning meeting #4 on September 16th

Hi Folks!

We are having the fourth of Cal Games planning meeting on Saturday September 16th at Pioneer High School. It's not at the Google headquarter this time, so don't go there! This is another planning progress and volunteer recruitment meeting. If your team just registered, or if you team already registered but haven't signed up for a work shift, then you should come! Any team and any one who wants to be a volunteer for the competition or event setup should come to this meeting.

When: September 16th 1:00pm - 3:00pm
Where: Pioneer High School
1290 Blossom Hill Rd.
San Jose, CA 95118

What: This is a planning progress and volunteer recruitment meeting! We will go over the status of the event and talk about what other positions we need filled/jobs we need done.

This is more of an informal meeting for everyone to get together to chat about everything. Smaller groups will be formed to discuss logistics, food, signage, team queuing, inspection, referee, field reset, publicity, among other things. This is also a meeting for volunteers to come and find out more about the jobs. So everyone is welcome to come!
