I beg to differ. I've dropped mine from about two stories onto concrete...still works beautifully. I actually dropped it from about 8 feet today onto tile, just got a little scratched. Works fine

I've run into a problem, my podcasts are not automatically updating (and I've double checked that it's set to automatically update) and it's pretty vital that I have them update since in my Am. Govt class, we watch CNN Student News, and I take that time to go take care of other stuff on campus, because I can go home and watch it on the podcasts, so if anyone else has had this and knows how to fix it, input is greatly appreciated
