Wow.....you guys are really fantastic and have provided me with some HUGE quality answers about hosting a inter-team social at a regional event.
Here's the trick question........
1) If you could raise enough money so that you could pay for about $5 per person, what would you do:
option 1: pay for everyone's food so that each person ate for free but didn't provide any paid entertainment...everybody just runs around the place
option 2: discount the food a little bit (e.g. pizza costs $1 a slice instead fo $2) and provide a DJ and karioke
Option 3: everybody pays for their own food, and spend the money ($5 per head) on some entertainment, games, etc.
Maybe I should do a CD "survey" instead
