Re: Teams needed in Washington DC Sept 16 & 17
Thanks to everyone that stopped by our booth here in DC on Saturday. Especially Janet Lathan, DC Senior Mentor for providing general FIRST Handouts and local DC/MD/VA FIRST information.
We have a 20' x 40 ' mock field with a simulated 2006 goal. We have had lots of little kids, big kids, and even the NBC Peacock driving FIRST machines and getting excited about robotics. We have also had lots of inquiries about starting teams in the DC area.
If you are in the DC area on Sunday, please feel free to stop in. The NBC4 show is free and so is our booth. 
I'll try to post some pictures when we get home on Sunday night!
