I dont think we formally published the draft style ahead of time last year.... but last year it was straight serpentine, no picking. It seemed to make for some interesting battles, so it will be likely considered again!
We like the focus at Ruckus to be on training new team members and exposing rookies to the game, so we try not to make it so cutthroat
Plus picking sucks up at least a half an hour of pie in the face!!
