[WRRF]: Cal Games Detailed Volunteer Info
Cal Games Detailed Volunteer Info
Hi folks!
You've been waiting for this since you signed up to volunteer, well it's finally here! Thank you for waiting so patiently, I finally finished them after spending more than 8 hours on them yesterday.
The attached pdf file(s) should tell you everything about the job you signed up for. It gives you the direction to Pioneer High School or WRRF Storage Space, it tells you when you need to show up, where you need to check in when you arrive, and who to talk to after you got checked in. It also includes a brief schedule and contact information of mine and your group leader (if you have one).
In the following week there will be some e-mail exchanges between the various group leaders and myself. You will be Cced each time so you can get a better idea of the final planning stage for the job you signed up to help.
***This is very important, here is what I need from your team***
I need names for each of the volunteer position by Monday October 23rd. If you see your team number: "team xxx" displayed under a position, that means I need a name by Monday or I will take your team number off the list.
If your team volunteered for one of the setup/tear down workshifts, I need the list of students you are sending, and the name of the person in charged of that group. If I don't get the list of names by Monday October 23rd I have to take your team off the list.
I also need each volunteer print and sign a copy of the release form attached to this thread. They need to be turned in at the beginning of a work shift or Saturday morning during volunteer check-in.
Thanks for understanding this, folks. We just want to make sure everything is organized and ready to go so we won't need to scramble the last minute to find help when an individual or a team cannot make it on the day of the setup/event.
Again, Thank You so much for volunteering! This event won't happen without your help!
