All of mine are web dev tools:

FireFTP - tried it as my FTP client, but I still prefer SmartFTP
FireBug - Javascript debug
DOM Inspector - Very nice for debuggin HTML and CSS.
ChatZilla - I lied. This one's not a web dev.
