I. ***Very Important*** What competing teams need to bring with them.
1. Teams should bring a 25 foot grounded electrical extension cord, and a grounded multiple outlet box, for their use in the pits. No extension cord & no outlet box = no power for your pit the entire day.
2. Every team need to turn in a signed release form for each student, parent, mentor, teacher Saturday morning. It is the team mentor's responsibility to collect the signed release forms and turn them in, as one collection, during registration. Every volunteer for Saturday need to turn one in when they are checking in as well.
3. Safety glasses for every individual working in the team's pit though out the day, plus extras for visitors who wish to examine robots up close.
Of course, that's not mentioning the carts to move robots between the playing field and pit area, battery chargers, the tools, the spare materials, the robots, the teams, the spirit, the buttons, the noise, and the red/orange/green/blue/purple hair recommended for every FIRST competition, but every participating should know about that by heart already.
