This is a true statement: On my last 10 out of 10 visits through Delaware, I have had the "pleasure"
of at least a 15-30 minute delay due to something that was not an accident. Most recently was on the Delaware Memorial Bridge, after having a nice dinner with some nice folks who attended/volunteered at Duel, I sat ON the bridge for 45 minutes. In traffic. One lane open.
Miss Delaware is really nice. The road/tolls in DE are not.
