This is a true statement: On my last 10 out of 10 visits through Delaware, I have had the "pleasure"  of at least a 15-30 minute delay due to something that was not an accident. Most recently was on the Delaware Memorial Bridge, after having a nice dinner with some nice folks who attended/volunteered at Duel, I sat ON the bridge for 45 minutes. In traffic. One lane open.
Miss Delaware is really nice. The road/tolls in DE are not.

Be glad that they didn't
close the state! It is a small state, and they have to be careful not to exceed their rated capacity, you know!
