Non-Victor Speed Controller

I'm looking to do a (non-FIRST) robot. Does anyone know of a good supplier for cheaper-than-Victor speed controllers? Victors are reliable, robust, and very versatile, but they're out of my price range. I'm looking for something that controls speed using PWM, works at 12 volts, and a current rating around 20-30amps or more.
Does anyone have any experience with speed controllers besides Victors?
