I voted NJ, but given the choice, I'd definitely vote Palmetto. There's a great atmosphere. The people are nice, and it's a bit less competitive. It's relaxed, but somehow always on time. You don't get the rushed feeling of NJ, and the surrounding area is better too. (IHOP is awesome!)
Plus, Palmetto is WARM!
