I think the question would be what your application is. If you using the assembly to make parts you can just override the dimensions in the drawing. If you are trying to assemble this into another part then you will have to go back an modify the parts. Overall without knowing what the part looks like it seems like it shouldn't be that large of an operation. You can just go in and edit the sketches , redefining parts without redrawing them.
