Team 48 wholeheartedly supports this measure, as this year's Animation Team has been reinvigorated with more enthusiasm and participation than I've ever seen in all my years on the team. Our kids poured a lot of energy and spirit into their Safety Animation entry, and they all would like the opportunity to have their upcoming AVA entry judged on a regional level.
