Oh common, who needs photoshop when you have mspaint.exe?
Inverting the colors makes some of these things this easier to notice.

I'll start off with the less speculative part. The spacing of the diamonds on the diamond plate tell us the size of this piece. The center row seems to contain 12 diamonds. I'm guessing (no diamond plate nearby) that the spacing between each is an inch. Meaning this whole circle is a foot long. The one bet I will make is that if there is a circle of a diamond plate...it'll be a 1.5 foot diameter (Or one or two, whatever the spacing was on diamond plates)

Onto more speculative bits.

Inverted, the presence of 2 or 3 circular rings of different shades around the diamond plate circle is really obvious. A bit of testing seems to indicate that the rings are actually not circular. Someone more skilled in this than I should verify that. Anyway, anyone have any ideas what those rings (and their skew) could mean?

At the bottom right, however, the second ring seems kinda weird.

Those rings seem to me to resemble the appearence of stripes on along a sphere. The outtermost ring might be smaller, which would agree with that. Perhaps this is some kind of rounded hill. (A hemisphere truncated by a plane.)

On the right it looks like some objects on a plane. With a reflection of them above it sorta. I don't have a clue what it means
