I looked at the specs on it, and assuming that you can fit a standard endmil to it should be able to do aluminum.

As long as you program it to make small cuts I believe that it is capable of higher machining. Now as the fact that I have never seen or used one of the machines I am making assumptions based on the machine specs, anyone want to try it and let us know for sure.


IMO I would rather spend the 2000 on a used Bridgeport
