See this thread ( http://www.chiefdelphi.com/forums/sh...light=heat+gun ) there is no need to take the risk of hurting the motor by breaking the pulley like that and there is no need to buy a custom tool to remove the pulley.
Specifically pay attention to one Mr. Paul Copioli in post number 3.
